Shipping Information

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We use Auspost and Sendle to deliver our orders. For more details about cost and delivery times from Australia, please read further.

Paper Goods / Smaller Items Only (No Tracking)
Domestic Delivery - 6 to 10 business days for $2.40 AUD
Rest of the world  - 10 to 30 business days $3.90 AUD

Larger Parcels / Express (Tracking Included)
Orders will be shipped by Sendle. Please note we can't deliver to PO Boxes (this includes post offices, locked bags, parcel lockers or collection points)
Domestic Delivery - 2 to 6 business days for $10 AUD
International Delivery - 4 to 15 business days for $20 AUD

Missing Parcels & Delays

Non-Tracked Mail
Unfortunately, this is out of our hands as we are not liable for letters not arriving on time or have gone missing. Since there is no way of tracking your mail, we are unable to fully refund it. We highly recommend purchasing your items with tracking included.

Tracked Parcels
With Sendle, you will be fully covered for lost or damaged orders under $100. Find out how to claim cover for a lost parcel.

Damaged Items

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damaged items received upon arrival. We will try our best to safely package everything with plastic sleeves, backing cards and securely placed into bubble mailers or tough mailers depending on the contents of your order.

We can however provide a replacement if you wish, as long as you request a return within 30 days of receipt. You will have to provide your own shipping and handling but we’ll cover the costs for the replacement on our end.

How To Return Orders

You may return the products received with a reason and photo evidence specified within 30 days of receipt. The 30 days period commences on the day of receipt of the ordered products. The right to return the products only applies if the products are unused and include their original packaging. Any products returned without sealed packaging will not be considered for a refund or replacement.

To activate a return under this policy you must contact us to guide you through the return process.

We will reimburse the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) received from you OR redeliver the replaced items upon receiving the returned items. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account.

Please note: Damages made to non-damaged items (specified during the application process) from shipping or items lost in transit is at the customer’s risk and will not be refunded. We recommend carefully packaging the parcel and paying for tracking.

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel an order without specifying any reasons within the 24 hours that the order was made. Please contact us immediately with your request.

A full refund including shipping costs will be returned to the bank account you used to process your payment. Kindly note that your funds will not show up immediately and may take some time to process.

Privacy

When you use our website and services, you may provide us with information about you. This may include your name and contact information, and financial information to make or receive payment for services.

All access to our website is encrypted. When you enter sensitive information (such as financial information), we encrypt the transmission. We do not have direct access to your financial information.

We take the privacy of our users seriously, and no information will be leaked.
